Plate Mate was designed to help you do whats important while youre in the GYM... LIFT! Instead of taking time to calculate exactly what weight plates you need on the bar for your bench press, squat, curl or whatever workout you are doing, just enter your desired lift weight and the weight of the bar you are using and it will tell you what plates to add to the bar.
As an added extra, we also included a ONE-REP Max calculator. This allows you to enter a weight you lifted and how many reps you got at that weight, then it will give you a good idea of what your ONE-REP Max would be. You can use this to help you better decide what weights you can move up to for your next training session.
